Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volumes of inquiries.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required – this role is ideal for freshers or individuals with little to no professional experience in customer support.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience (even in non-remote positions) is a plus but not necessary.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time and part-time remote positions available.
  • Flexible shifts to accommodate different time zones.
